Terms of Use

Onsen Village (the 'Service') is a real-time anonymous social web service run by tmsae. By entering, you agree to these terms.
You must be 14 or older.
No insults, harassment, sexual content, ads, or sharing personal contact details. If three different people report you, you can't enter for one hour; repeated abuse may lead to a permanent block.
Looks (skins) you buy stay yours while the Service runs. Gifts (banana milk, rubber duck) and secret onsens last for the stated time only.
The Service may change or end with prior notice. Paid items with time left are handled under the refund policy.

There is no sign-up. We collect: nickname, chosen character, a random user ID, a hash of your restore code, a hash of your IP (abuse prevention), purchase records (order ID, item, amount, payment key), and reports.
Public chat is not stored. Only when someone is reported, a few surrounding messages are kept encrypted and deleted after 6 months.
Payments are processed by Toss Payments; we never receive card numbers.
Photos are made on your device and never uploaded.
We use Google Analytics (Firebase) for usage statistics. Processors: Cloudflare (servers, database), Google (analytics), Toss Payments (payments).
Purchase records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law; other data is deleted 1 year after your last visit. To request deletion, email us with your user ID.

Gifts (banana milk, rubber duck) are digital content delivered the moment you pay, so they can't be refunded after delivery.
Looks (skins) are fully refunded within 7 days if you never wore them.
Secret onsens are fully refunded within 1 hour if no one has entered.
Payment errors and double charges are fully refunded. Please include your order ID.
